Ryan Nelson joined Darling Milligan Smith & Lesch, PC in August 2007. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Nelson practiced law in Florida, concentrating his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate, contract law and construction law. Mr. Nelson continues this focus with Darling Milligan Smith and Lesch, PC.
Mr. Nelson’s objective in practicing law is to consistently deliver a high quality product, whether he is drafting a contract for purchase and sale of a commercial property or representing his clients in the courtroom. His clients appreciate his attention to detail, along with his thoroughness, preparation and accuracy.
During law school, Mr. Nelson worked as a law clerk for the Robertson Group, a successful construction law and litigation firm in Gainesville, Florida. Mr. Nelson obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Portuguese from Brigham Young University. Prior to commencing his undergraduate studies, he lived in Brazil for two years. Mr. Nelson reads, writes and speaks Portuguese. He enjoys cycling and camping with his wife and their four children.
