We annually collect millions of dollars for our clients which include the state’s largest workers’ compensation carrier, national credit card companies, investment banks, and numerous and varied contractor and vendor accounts.
A successful collection sometimes is the result of thinking outside the box and pursuing fraudulent transfers or various other schemes to hide assets or sources of income. We have collected many debts which were given up as uncollectible by clients and other law firms and pursued collection on behalf of those clients.
