We represent our clients by negotiating and drafting construction contracts including owner/architect agreements, construction management agreements and specialized construction documents.

• We represent, advise and assist both landlords and tenants in a variety of lease transactions, including commercial, retail and residential leases. We assist our clients by negotiating and preparing ground leases, office and retail leases and sale/leaseback agreements.
